Careers Advice

We offer one-to-one careers advice to students across the school. This support is provided by our external careers guidance partner, Seetec.

Message from Seetec:

Seetec is an employee-owned organisation that delivers services to support people into work, develop skills, and create positive change within the communities we serve. We have over 40 years’ experience delivering high-quality services across employability, skills, careers guidance, apprenticeships, and rehabilitation.

Seetec has been supporting students at St James since September 2025. We provide one-to-one careers guidance meetings to help students explore their options and make informed decisions about their future pathways.
