The Girls' Network

On 20th April we welcomed 20 mentors to our school who voluntarily give up their time, over the course of a year, to mentor girls from St James' in Years 10 & 12.

The programme is run through The Girls' Network, a charity seeking to empower girls and young women to achieve their career goals in highly competitive fields.

The Girls Network partner with secondary schools and colleges across Greater London, to match girls aged 14-19 with a volunteer mentor who is a woman.

This is our third year of running this at St James' and we have secured a positive impact on over 60 young people so far!
