Sports Day 2024

On Thursday 18th July pupils in Years 7,8,9 and 10 participated in Sports Day at the Stone X Stadium. Pupils participated in traditional athletics events including sprints, distance running, throwing and jumping events. Pupils were competing in their house teams and all points were added together. At the end of sports day, the following houses won:

 

Year 7 Excellence

Year 8 Aspiration

Year 9 Trust

Year 10 Excellence

Overall winners were Integrity

The PE department also awarded Kingsley Iloghalu in Year 10 with the Athlete of the Day for his excellent achievements in 100m, 200m, Relay, Discus and Javelin winning 4 out of 5 of these events.
